Probably not a miracle.
Most people on crutches can use their legs, but they don't because it will worsen their condition and/or hurt unbearably.
Unfortunately, this isn't a miracle so much as just another ass-hole clearly being an asshole...

I agree, it could be a fake, for comedy or something - but if it's candid footage, he's not necessarily a liar.
