Probably not a miracle.Most people on crutches can use their legs, but they don't because it will worsen their condition and/or hurt unbearably. Unfortunately, this isn't a miracle so much as just another ass-hole clearly being an asshole...

Yes, because most people on crutches would rather get their ass hit by a car than take the pain of running for 5 feet.And adrenaline? Myth. I agree, it could be a fake, for comedy or something - but if it's candid footage, he's not necessarily a liar.
